What problems you have before, during, or after workouts?

Motivation or energy to do the workout. But usually once I get going I'm good.

When your lifting weights and disconnect your headphones while in mid rep! Drives me crazy!

Drives me crazy to Drake when that happens. Hope to get wireless headphones for Christmases.

Yeah arriving at the gym and finding I left my headphones at home .....grrr

When I really really want to go for a run but can't cuz it puts my knee in agony.

I've got asthma, so I have to stop sometimes because I can't breathe anymore and not because my muscles hurt

I hav asthma to...I jus keep my rescue inhaler with me and if I hav an attack I use it thn not to long I'm ready to go...mayb u need a better controlent...I knw how it feels tho...keep ur head up

When you're running and you have to keep on adjusting your eye glasses, and I don't even have any eye contacts.

Interuptions !! I work out at home...text messages or emails phone ringing somebody knocking on th door...or my cat thinking I'm playing with him esp. Annoying whn I'm doing push ups and he bites at my wrists and paws at me...but cute to ...

My cats jump on my back when I'm trying to do planks or pushups. They probably think I'm a jungle gym. :/

When I visit my parents and Im doing planks both of my dogs lick me in the face the whole time! But they make excellent running buddies so it evens out

Wearing shorts with deadlifts end end up using a too rough barbel. Which ends up eating half of the skin on my lower legs.

Thats the strange thing. It doesnt really hurt. But it ends up bloody from time to time.

Try ace bandages on your legs where the scrapes get bad .... Put on before dead lift take off after... Should minimize friction and the amount of scrapes

Might be psychosomatic try telling yourself your fine you won't be sick .... I've had to do it a few times it helps me

I hate when I'm doing pull ups and I can't make the number I wanna hit. Or when I workout arms so hard they become swollen and I can barely do anything. Lol

I hate the days I'm sick and can't do the workout I wanted to. Aka sick with a cough and cold and there's no chance I can run 6 miles.

I hate tht to I got sick not to long ago and still not 100% and couldn't workout like I wanted its horrible! Hope u get to feeling better real soon.

Totally get you! I suffer from allergies and whenever it hit me I just can't workout :(

I'm trying my hardest to get fit and when I decide to go on the treadmill in fact just any machine and I get that annoying stitch after about 2 minutes and I don't really understand why... Or how to get rid. Also I think I must have bad joints because my knees and ankles always hurt when exercising.

What kind of stitch? Hurting ankles and knees are almost always the results of bad moving patterns and missing range of motion and mobility

I hate that I can do the weight lifting (though I'm probably sore as crap and can't feel it) but the cardio kills me 2 min with my heart rate up and I wanna scream or pass out cause it hurts. But maybe I'm just nuts.

I had this problem, I bought some yurbud earphones. They are amazing, never fallen out when running and if you tug them by mistake they tend to stay put. Worth trying x

I have issues exercising in front of people...  Sounds silly but I'm don't like the idea of people seeing me huff and puff...  I just want them to notice the results.
