How often do you work out?

Just wondering how often most of you workout whether it be the gym or here on Skimble and how long each day? Starting to wonder if I workout enough...

4-6 days a week and anywhere from 45-60 minutes!

Everyday! Twice a day. A major workout in the morning. And my abs workout every night

I've noticed I don't feel any muscle soreness after my workouts anymore so maybe I need to step it up a notch

I have practice 6 days a week. The length is varied between 2-3 hrs each time.

5 days a week..
Monday-Fri
Tues and Thursday are my 5mile run days
I injured my back last Friday at work so I took this whole week off to let it heal..Monday back at it again (with caution)  lolGod bless

5 to 6 days a week for at least 45 mins if not longer depends on my schedule.

I do 5-6 days a week for 45-75 minutes every time. Most of that is resistance training. If doing cardio sometimes people will so more. 

Don't work out too much though without the necessary supplements (Creatine) as your muscles will be fatigued and not recover optimally.

I go to the gym mon, tue and thurs for approx 1hr. On Monday I jog there (1.5 miles).
Weekends I try to do something mildy active.
This is enough to keep my weight stable and my fitness up. Good luck.

4-5 days per week with a 60 min per session ..but i feel its not enough :/

6 days a week is way too much if you are training hard and long. I have been doing 5 sessions a week for many years but found I made big gains by going down to three intense sessions a week (due to illness) so may be even 5 sessions is too much. Had much more time to recover doing only 3, my weights shot up and I visibly gained during that period. Having said that, went back to 5 a week as soon as I was well enough because 3 sessions just doesn't seem enough even though I got results :-)

It depends on what your purpose is. For me it's about maximizing my performance in everyday life. I find that if I start my day with a little yoga, some Chi gong exercises and then some kind of total body workout, then I feel great and I am ready to go to work. So I do that each weekday. While I am at work after about 2 hours, I need to move so I will do A 2 minute chi gong exercise. At lunch time I like to re energize myself so I will do hey short Yoga session then eat. After work I like to finish the day with some cardio and feeling spent. Then to finish before bedtime to promote optimal sleep I will do a bedtime yoga series and some Chi Gong energy balancing work. I do this every weekday. Saturdays I train for longer endurance and sunday is recovery so that's just easy yoga. So there is a purpose to everything I do.
