I'm sure it says it during the workout
It says on the bottom as you do a workout. If it doesnt, then you can change it in the settings
If it doesn't givr calories, you'll have to enter your weight in the settings, but don't worry - it stays private!
The cals burned are guidelines though. I find that if I'm doing high intensity cardio they match up (my step machine is always within 10 of what the app says) but I believe it counts the same amount regardless of what exercise you're performing. It even goes up during rest. So cardio is probably fairly accurate but for calisthenics and weight training I would say its not that accurate.
