Getting really bad shoulder/neck pain while at work. Any ideas how to gain some relief??
i had a bad shoulder injury when i was boxing. u can do some y.t.w on a incline bench . grab a pair of light weights(3lbs) form a y rasies,then T raises,pull the dumbbell up to form a W. do them slow fair as your neck u could do some rotations. hope this helps good luck
