I want to gain muscle but I don't know how to use this... HELP...!!

Weight training every other day, 3 times a week. Try a week with heavy weights & fewer reps & the other week with light weights & more reps & so on. Skimble has lots of weightlifting workouts. Also check fitness blender, they are awesome
When it comes to food; & I know u might heard it before, increase ur intake of protien with a good diet, but that does not mean omitting carbs. Never ever exclude carbs from ur diet.
