Suggested Workout Routine for the Ladies

My buddy and his girlfriend just had their third child and she asked us to put together a workout routine for her - she should've known better than to ask two guys to do this for her:

Day 1: squats and crunches, Day 2:chest and back, Day 3: squats and crunches, day 4 arms, day 5 squats and crunches,day 6 yoga.

Notice a pattern? Lol

This looks really good, but with te squats, if you have a bar, get her doing front, overhead, and back squats to workout more areas

She also would have to include in her daily workout routine some HIIT cardio at least 2-3 times a week for at least 30 min
