What exercises make you stop and think?
Mine are flutter kicks, make me always think about stuff.

Lunges..I don't know why but my brain goes on overdrive thinking/over analyzing everything and anything lol.

Exactly smash Iay on my back (not in a dirty way) doing flutter kicks boom my brain starts analysing every part of my failed relationships.

Running for me.I put the world to rites every time.Now and again I come to my senses to keep myself on route, but generally i'm in a world of my own lol.

I zone out while jogging. Like yesterday I took my dog on a walk...n I started thinking what d dog must b thinking.. N started laughing I dont remember on wat thought n an old lady was giving Me some weird looks.. Like m crazy ..
Actually this phasing out is a very ordinary thing for me..
