How often should I do workouts in order to get really toned and have abs? Could some one help me with this please ? I'm new

I'm working on abs right now! At least 5 days a week switching up muscle groups but always keeping the abs tight. Also its important to have a rest day at least once a week. A real rest day!!!:)

You can workout your abs 3 to 4 times a week. Your abs already look toned!
22 Mar
4 times a week minimum !
