Trying to get toned since I can't really lose weight (I'll look really bad) I'm 102lbs and 5'6.5 and I just want a nice ass and toned stomach!

Shouldn't be too hard. Best bet is to add some complex carbs before workingout. Then post workout go ahead and eat something high in sugar, like a small candy bar, and a protein shake. Try to eat the sugar within like 10-15 min post work out. The extra insulin will help with nitrogen retention in muscles. As for workout itself find a really good ab workout on here, and for the nice ass lunges, squats, and holding your back straight against wall with knees at a 90° angle for as long as possible. Only work out 3-4 times a week...
