You search the internet in search of these diets but its hard staying motivated eating chicken and rice all day! Any suggestions on good food?? :)
I like the monster energy shakes and they pack 25grams of protein. I also consume a lot of fruit, I wonder if I am over consuming
How many calories a day you shoot for? Also whats your diet consist of?
