You search the internet in search of these diets but its hard staying motivated eating chicken and rice all day! Any suggestions on good food?? :)

I like the monster energy shakes and they pack 25grams of protein. I also consume a lot of fruit, I wonder if I am over consuming

Pretty much most fruits are carbs you don't want to many keep it balanced it's called a macro diet try it. 40% protein 40%carbs 20%fats and for the fats consume a glass of soy milk every 3 days within a week it'll help loads
