How frequent is the right amount for going to the gym?? am I pussing out in only going 4 days a week? I want to see results at a faster pacer than I am achieving them, what should I do differently?

Reckon you should go as much as you can handle, but you should take 1 or 2 rest days. I used to gym it every day. Loved it. I alternated what exercises I did so I could focus on different areas but still do a full body workout each week. I added swimming to that as well. I pretty much lived there lol getting home at 6, go to gym and be back by 9, have dinner and sleep was my routine. But I don't think doing more in a day or week will make much difference to the 4...
