How do I banish that last bit of tummy fat?

I find that doing crunches has helped me alot :0)

Thread mill, leg raise, high knee raise. Will cut off belly fat.. Keep up doing :-D

Don't fall into the trap of thinking that crunches and sit ups are what build abs. Abs are built in the kitchen, clean eating the correct portions at the correct time combined with high intensity interval training will see you achieve your goals.
