I dont know if my lower abs is fat or is it just bulking because of my abs work outs. Because i am kinda having an abs already my only problem is my lower abs. I want a flat tummy but my lower abs is ruining my whole goal. :((( helppp.

The lower tummy fat is the toughest area to reduce... I personally believe we hav to hav cardio like running or striding to reduce the lower ab fat...

I am very active with my cardio workouts. I love sweating my heart out whether its outdoor or just the gym. I dont understand whats wrong with my bodyyy. :(

Have you seen a Dr? It could be a food allergy causing your intestines to get inflamed and appear bloated in lower belly

Hey, I am also struggling with trying for my lower abs, I have six pack and 8 is kinda there but I want it full blown and im already skinny so I just want to tone :-) I need motivation because im busy and sometimes lazy for a dancer but my goals are for money purposes so I need to be serious. If you can help I can help.
