Hello I'm new here. Just wondering if anyone could give me tips on different workouts to do at home and at the gym to help with my abs, booty, legs and my triceps...also tips for food to stay fuller longer...trying not to snack while at work...even though I'm on my feet all day there.

Flaxseed helps with fullness. If you follow me on instagram. I have daily tips frequently since I've been working on myself. I've lost about 23 or more lbs.  I also wear a waist cincher that has helped a lot
