Im wrking hard to reduce my weight .bt its nt sucess

Dont forget to eat less calories than ya burn... actually for me it worked better then anything else

Dont reduce ur calories intake drastically. That will slow ur metabolism down! If U wantvto lose weight, make sure U eat 1300/1400 kcals a day, not less, especially if ur working out. We want to lose weight healthily, we dont need to starve ourselves or deprive our body of precious nutrients. :)

Plus starving yourself will actually make lose muscle tone as well and put and your body actually goes into starvation mode and will store instead of disposing if that makes sense

Its not always easy especially with a busy schedule. Im a stripper so I find the time somehow

Welcome but I looked at your pics and uh why do you think you need to cut weight you look fine that's probably why you can't your body is saying hey we got no more to lose lol just do some abs and leg and butt stuff you'll tone up and cut a little weight but honestly you look fine to me :)
