Awesome!!! Don't forget, I tell people I deal with that the diet is just as, if not more important than the actual exercise. If you ever have any questions about meal planning feel free to ask! Eating right will help lose access weight!!! 300 kcal less a day over a week will make you drop just about a pound or more a week!!! Hopefully this all makes sense to ya'!
