New to this app. Need MOTIVATION

I'm 26 yrs old. I have a 9 month old son.
I need to lose at least 30 pounds by September.
I can really use the motivation.
Any advice????
I'm 5 ft 4 in and 225 lbs NOW.
My overall goal is 165-180 lbs.

You can't get results with a half assed workout. That's what I use to motivate myself. Working out casually won't help you get where you want to be. Tip-cardio workouts help you lose most weight. Follow me or ask for my kik if you have it if you want, I'm no expert but I'm happy to help!

Awesome!!!  Don't forget, I tell people I deal with that the diet is just as, if not more important than the actual exercise.  If you ever have any questions about meal planning feel free to ask!  Eating right will help lose access weight!!!  300 kcal less a day over a week will make you drop just about a pound or more a week!!!  Hopefully this all makes sense to ya'!
