hi im new here.. id like to ask wat to do f u can't push urself up to do the sit ups? its really hard for me to do that. but still im trying.. any suggestions?

Easiest is ab curls which i did at the beginning then crunches and finally i was in able to do situps... Start with curls, from time to time get insane... And move onto next level (crunches) you need strength for situps it cant be achieved just like that ;) good luck ;)

Maybe just try crunches. Go as far as you can. It will get easier the more you do.

You can just come up as far as you can just make sure you are contracting your abs to pull yourself up you'll get there
