hi im new here.. id like to ask wat to do f u can't push urself up to do the sit ups? its really hard for me to do that. but still im trying.. any suggestions?

Maybe just try crunches. Go as far as you can. It will get easier the more you do.

You can just come up as far as you can just make sure you are contracting your abs to pull yourself up you'll get there
