Fit and flex #1
So I'm going to bite the bullet and start this challenge tomorrow to see how I go.
I play club field hockey and need all the motivation and tips and even maybe a 'social fitness buddy' who would join in the fun and help me improve my fitness on the field...
If there's is any nutritional advice that would be helpful too. I should add I'm not looking to loose weight, but simply live a healthier lifestyle with endless amounts of energy ^_^
