OK so my major trouble areas r my love-handles n my lower stomach...I been trying to work on em but what I'm doin dnt seem to be helping : ( (any suggestions)
No matter where you have fat, you always do the same two things to lose it: diet and cardio. When you do workouts that target a specific area, it will just make your muscle grow there.
Captain obvious is right but try exercises that work the obliques like side planks, spider planks or V ups.
Well, i had exactly the same problem. I ate healthy, did exercise and stuff, and still they didn't disappear -_- Since a month ago I started a high carb, low fat vegan diet. (Yes i get enough protein) and they are as good as gone now :D
Still kept on doing exercise though
