At the end of April I decided I wasn't happy at the weight I was and how I looked in my clothes. I went to the weight loss clinic and got put on a diet pill and lost 7lbs the first month. 276 to 269. The second month I lost 9lbs. And another 9 the third month. This month I've slacked off a lot because I've been tired because of work. But I have made the decision that I will be at my weight goal mark by April of next year and be toned and be a hot mom for once.
Being consistent at working out is the only hard part when you have a full time job and kids.
