At the end of April I decided I wasn't happy at the weight I was and how I looked in my clothes. I went to the weight loss clinic and got put on a diet pill and lost 7lbs the first month. 276 to 269. The second month I lost 9lbs. And another 9 the third month. This month I've slacked off a lot because I've been tired because of work. But I have made the decision that I will be at my weight goal mark by April of next year and be toned and be a hot mom for once.

Being consistent at working out is the only hard part when you have a full time job and kids.

Well done on the good progress so far! Like you, I find it hard to maintain sometimes because of long hours at work. I used to push myself just as hard regardless, but that's how you injure yourself. Just keep going, and you'll achieve your goals :-)

I did the same thing. With 6 Kids, a full time job and regular everyday things I find it harder to get motivated and find the time to do a workout! We have to keep at it! Push and work hard and in time we will be at our goal weight. You got this! We got this!

Thank you! It's just so hard to stay focused when you have bills stressing you out along with everything else

One thing you can try is if your not happy with how you look take a picture of yourself in a bathing suit and say to yourself thats who ill never be again and imagine how you want to look. So whenever you need motivation just go take a look at that picture.
