Hey, I'm Dejon and I am hoping to start a little group of workout partner's. Where we share info and knowledge as well as providing motivation and support for one another. Im fairly new to this app but I love it. I workout all most every morning 6-7 days a week at 7am-10am. Im not hardcore about it I just do what I can to get where I want to be.
