I prefer house, dubstep, hardstyle
House for running and dubstep or hardstyle for regular but its up to you everyone haves a different taste of music

Rap, if thats within your taste, with fast and repetitive beats. Scientifically proven to improve focus.
Personally I also mix in some hard rock, though rock/metal music is pretty likely to throw you off pace sometimes

Hip hop or rap whatever it's called now for weights gives me that psyched mental state....

Dance music makes me wanna move ma body... for cardio!

I use a fiio inline headphone amp so I can hear my music over gyms music before I even put em in my ears...loud music works best!
