House for running and dubstep or hardstyle for regular but its up to you everyone haves a different taste of music
Rap, if thats within your taste, with fast and repetitive beats. Scientifically proven to improve focus.
Personally I also mix in some hard rock, though rock/metal music is pretty likely to throw you off pace sometimes

I use a fiio inline headphone amp so I can hear my music over gyms music before I even put em in my ears...loud music works best!
