Last year I started a health kick and I was doing amazing lost 30 pounds and I felt great I'm now having trouble loosing the remaining 20 pounds I need to loose and no matter what I do I can't seem to loose it. I'm hoping this app will help me achieve my goal
You may of hit a plateau which is where body stops you from loosing weight as it wants to keep all that stored energy available for when food is scarce...
To get round then you have to decrease cals a little more and push a bit harder with fitness..
Make sure your eating regularly and under them cals and you will go through that plateau and loose more fat.
