I have recently been taking Mr hyde pre workout and was wondering if everyone thinks this one is good or if I should switch to a different one.

I've never heard of it but I use c4 and love it. But if this workout works for u, then keep using it. People r diff n react to diff pre workouts

Just change it up frequently because your body will build tolerances

I have definitely started I feel my pre workout not work as much. I guess I'll just have to switch up like you say.

2 popular ingredients you see in pre workouts are beta alanine and creatine monohydrate. If you compare labels you'll see a lot of similar ingredients. Right now I'm taking kre alkalyn efx creatine capsules and man game day preworkout powder and I'm finding the best results with those 2 products.

Mr hyde is the shiz. Also, I'd recommend Condense. Super awesome, however, 400mg of caffeine. Yikes

Damn that is a lot of caffeine. But I do enjoy mr. Hyde. My buddy suggested taking half hyde and half jekyl
