Need to go workout but have zero motivation right now. Help me?

Go do it! You'll  feel so much better  afterwards! Just think how great you'll  feel hitting your goal! :-)

Get up!!!!! Get moving. .....there's nothing like a good workout. Your body feels better and you get satisfaction from the results of your efforts.
