Planning on doing some bench press, flies, and definetly some abs and obliques what else would you suggest I lift?
Do you go Incline and decline on the bench press? Also I love doing a drop set dumbell chest press after hitting all variations on the bench. Whoooo muscle failure. today is also my chest and back day. Let's get it !
I did regular bench. Warmed up and then did 5 sets of 2 at 290. Then did some biceps. Followed by incline an 185 and decline 5 sets of 10 at 225. Then finished off with 20min of abs and 20 min of cardio. I'm smoked.hope your workouts going well.
