Avoiding groin injury in sport

I play a bit of football (soccer). I usually do strength/core and flexibility exercises. However, I seem to have this recurring groin problem. Any advice on what i should or not do? I'm 22.

Do these exercises:

    Knee Hug Lunge - Elbow to Instep
    Lateral Lunges
    Leg Cradles
