I'm doing all workouts for butt almost everyday, and yet my butt is getting smaller.. Why?
I don't think it's getting smaller I bet it's getting firm and tone. Since your working out your body fat is get low which good. Your butt for right now is just basically finding is rightful shape u''ll see.

Do u take progress photos? And I agree that you are probably losing body fat, but next your booty will start shaping nice and firm.
You also need to rest your butt muscle so it can grow and repair. So maybe everyday just focusing on the butt is a bit too much??
The reasons are very easy :
1 when you your your body weight, you are burning the unnecessary fats
2 without weight, you can no5 expect change
3 you have to give you4 butt sone rest
4 dont forget to stretch and your protein
5 it takes four weeks to see th3 difference.
Take a picture now and stop looking at your butt. Make a weekly picture, so you can see the different.
Dont focus on the result, but on the progress...
