Hi I am 5'4" and 160 lbs it mostly in my thighs and stomach I just started working out last night and I have worked out almost all day today and was wondering how much weight should I lose to be at the weight I'm supposed to be at, and how can I mainly work on those spots? I was bigger in high school then had kids and got smaller so I'm not sure exactly what to do... Thanks

I'm 5'8" and 150.8lbs but have the same question about how to focus thighs mainly :/

Cardio is your best bet. Your body decides where it wants to loose fat from and it is hard to actually target those areas. To lose your midsection stick with HIIT.

I'm same height and weight and I have same issues. Have u found any good workouts on here???

Lose 1 pound a week until u are happy with how u look
