I'm a full time college student and I work part-time, I need to lose some belly fat and everyone says the key to that is eating healthy.. my problem is that my schedule is so packed and busy that I don't have the time nor the money to buy and cook healthy food! Any advice? I've read about meal plans and meal prep, but it doesn't seem to work very well for me. Mostly because I have four roommates and only one refrigerator. I also don't know how to distinguish between "healthy" foods and non healthy foods when grocery shopping. HELP, PLEASE!!
