Balancing college work and health
I want to be healthier and I work out when I can but I also work multiple jobs and am a full-time college student. Does anyone have tips on this juggling act?
I work a minimum 60 hours per week and different scheduled shifts. I have a 3 year old and a wife as well. I have to workout late at night or the butt crack of dawn and on my days off. You have to fit fitness into your life, fitness won't fit itself in your life for you. Best of luck to you.
As a college student myself I have to wonder how healthy it is to have multiple jobs while being in school full time. Quit one of your jobs so you have time to work on your fitness. To much stress is bad for you.
