I'm going to be 30 this year, and I am pushing 200 pounds. I thought I was thick, I was in denial. There is definitely a difference between thick and fatty. I'm leaning towards fatty, hard. I have a hard time being motivated to work out and eat healthier. I try to watch my caloric intake but it's intermittent. Help meeeeee!

Hey download MyFitnessPal! I literally use it everyday to record what im eating including the brand of the food. It also allows me to record my daily exercise on my WorkOut Trainer (this ap) since every workout you do lets you know how many calories you have burned. I record the name of exercises and the calories burned in MyFitnesspal. I love this ap because it also alerts you when you are eating something unhealthy but it makes you feel good when you eat something healthy. A message will pop up saying "this food is low in saturated fat" or...
