Hi! I am a beginner weight lifter and I do a lot of lifting at home. I don't get off work in time to make it to the gym in my area. I am in desperate need of advice
1. I am overweight (high bf%), so how often should I lift compared to cardio?
2. Should I do cardio before weight training or on alternate days?
3. What is the weight range I should be lifting?
Currently, I do a lot of compound exercises but I feel clueless because this is all new to me. Most of the topics discuss bulking but I DEFINITELY don't need to gain....lol. Any advice or tips would be appreciated
