I worked out all 5 days this week and now i know that it can be done. Im so proud of myself. You guys, keep setting goals. Goals will keep you going! Now I'm even more pumped!

Thanks! I've been making small reachable goals lately... like working out 5 days a week, and doing pushups in every routine. My big goal is to develop and maintain strength and endurance. Also, I am working towards overall health with a nutritious lifestyle and postive outlook on life. I use to allow myself to get caught up with body fat percentage, which wasn't healthy at all. Now its all about ultimate healthiness.
