Im back to working out regularly after being away 8 months. Managed to finally gain weight now i need to turn it to muscle. I need advice on best ways to do so. Im also a male dancer and need my abs back. Can anyone offer advice and i would also like some workout buddies to keep me motivated. Thanks very much
That's great you're back on track again! What kind of dance do you do? I used to dance, and it was enough for me tho to develop abs. But different people have different workout needs to develop abs.
If u do a set of 10 set ups and then increase to 15 and try to increase onto 20 and when you start to feel the pain continue on doing only 3-5 set ups in pain no more than that then stop and stretch your body maybe drink abit of water and do the same set of set ups or move on to the next one.
