Well this is my second time downloading this app and trying to get fit. I usually stick with it for like a month and then give up. I need motivation, I really want to stick with it this time. Any suggestions on how to keep with it when I want to keep up?

Follow people and they'll follow you, encourage people and they'll encourage you. I find that motivating other people is extremely motivating for me. Scroll through the active topics once in a while to read interesting topics, gather knowledge and share it with others and help other people out. I think that staying active in the app increases your chances of actually working out. Don't be afraid to contact people through pm's if you have questions, but make sure to show your appreciation for their time. :) Good luck!
