Just trying to keep track of what i eat and how much i burn. Thank you
What is your name
Myfitnesspal app is a great resource...
There are also many lists of calories burned activities out on the internet. I will usually just search "calories burned [activity]" and check out a couple.
Although exercise calories burned is really very dependent on individual conditions. Any numbers you find are going to be estimates, and greatly depend on how you do things.
The best way to know would probably get a body tracker.
I often will do an exercise for, say, 30 minutes, but only log it in myfitnesspal for maybe 15, just to be on the safe side and be sure I'm still at a calorie deficit. If you're not going for a deficit, maybe really try to estimate how much of your workout was actually you doing full effort of the exercise... Like when i jump rope I will usually subtract a minute for every 9 Minutes I do, to account for stops when I miss a step, and I certainly don't count rest time.
Hope this helps, good luck.
If you were asking about here in app. . There is an option in app setting "show calories".. check it.
I did that but where does it show how many calories youve burned?
It's been showed during workout in the under left side
. And after you finish .. or go to your history from your profile. .
