I am new to fitness and I would like work off 50+ lbs but it's more about changing my lifestyle then the number on the scale and would to start or join a group for daily motivation, tips and accountability.

I'm 23 as well with two kids. With my first, getting the weight off was a piece of cake lol but with the second, I played around for two years before realizing I hated how my belly looked. Now here I am basically back to pre pregnancy weight. Also, gained 50 lbs with my second. Just find what motivates you. Can't help with the group thing but feel free to message me anytime. I think it's easier having someone who has been there in the same spot. Well for most.
