I have the tendency of working out for a certain amount of time and eat healthy then I lose focus and motivation and do the complete opposite, the result of this roller coaster of a life style causes me to fluctuate in weight and ultimately I am losing strength gaining fat and ultimately decreasing my confidence.
Any tips or things you do to maintain motivation and a continuous workout regiment?

Advice that I've found somewhere was to make it a habit (cos habits are difficult to break) by connecting it with a strong habit you already have, for example you always work out right after brushing your teeth in the morning or hit the gym right after work/school, no excuses for 30 days. After 30 days working out is totally on autopilot.
