I get self conscious about my weight when I'm in my swim suit as summer is coming up ..I was thinking about losing 6kg is this healthy?
honestly, its different for everyone.
i have struggled alot with self cofindence and self esteem, i still struggle today.
but throwing away the scale and not weighing myself was the best choice i have ever made!!
if not to workout to lose weight, then do it to make yourself feel good and confident! good luck!
