Football greatness

Training for football in a year. Any advice drills or anything related advice will be appreciated. Going for rb or wr. I weigh 178 right now trying to get to 215 225.

I know absolutely nothing about training for football..or much about fitness... but I'd check out some programs from Scotty K. I just started SK's Dare To Shred - DAY 1

Maybe any of these too?? Look at them and see what you think.

(the above programs I did NOT look through myself, so you must look at them before you try them.

(In order to find the month long one's I suggest you follow Scotty and or following motivated people....some people create amazing programs and challenges)

Start reading about eating "clean" and or bulking. Thats what I've done but I'm trying to lose weight.

Another thing is to search the forums. I'm sure someone has asked this question or maybe just about bulking or getting "ripped".
