Training for football in a year. Any advice drills or anything related advice will be appreciated. Going for rb or wr. I weigh 178 right now trying to get to 215 225.

Start reading about eating "clean" and or bulking. Thats what I've done but I'm trying to lose weight.
Another thing is to search the forums. I'm sure someone has asked this question or maybe just about bulking or getting "ripped".
