Sorry don't live near Akron but will offer encouragement a tip though would be if Ur school has a cross country course try to run that once in a while I know it sounds stupid but those courses are worse than football conditioning

I'm down man just contact me. I his got pro that had certain programs so I've been doing that with a little extra cardio and ABS everyday. Seems to be doing the job
