I do have a small face that makes me look slim but I actually have a pear shape of body... and makes me feel my body is not proportion... what exercises can u guys suggest please?? Your answers would be highly appriciated..thanks!!
Firstly, you're normal. (With a few exceptions) men and women put on weight differently: women tend to lay down excess fat around the bum and hips and so become pear shaped (gynaecoid obesity). Men tend to lay down fat around the belly and hence become apple shaped (android obesity). I'd say avoid the temptation to focus all your efforts on on your hips and bottom and focus on doing cardiovascular exercise to loose overall fat. Not that I'm an exercise expert but that's my logic.
