Dont see results anymore

Been working out for 3months with great results seem to have reached a platue what can I do to go further and keep seeing results

Make sure you are doing the workouts correctly. Eat healthy. Small portioned meals 5 to 8 times a day. Drink plenty of water. It takes a while for you to see results, a while as in a couple of months, but if you are bigger it will probably take longer. Make sure to work out AT LEAST 45 minutes a day and sweat a lot.

Thank you Sydney I've been working out for months now and was happy with the results until just recently, I can't seem to progress any further anyway thank you for your advice will try and up the intensity and duration and see if it will get me back on track
