Hi there;
Fresh outa an accident. Sustained a broken thigh bone plus days of coma and months of immobility has made my right knee stiff. So I'm looking for exercises that are stiff-knee friendly or maybe exercises that could help make the knee flexible. Any pointers?

Maybe isometric exercises that don't involve the knee.
