What keeps you fit? What motivates you on days when you aren't feeling 100%
Believe it or not, the Skimble community has kept me motivated even when I don't feel 100%. Seeing everyone's progress and dedication to their bodies makes me yearn for my workouts, even after a busy day on my feet. B complex supplements also help me keep my energy levels up for a workout, as well as a cleaner diet, further helping me want to exercise. I hope this food for thought helps!
