Believe it or not, the Skimble community has kept me motivated even when I don't feel 100%. Seeing everyone's progress and dedication to their bodies makes me yearn for my workouts, even after a busy day on my feet. B complex supplements also help me keep my energy levels up for a workout, as well as a cleaner diet, further helping me want to exercise. I hope this food for thought helps!

What keeps me motivated is looking in the mirror I don't like what I see and I won't stop until I do

Knowing that the only way to keep feeling better is to keep going. Starting over is so much more difficult than perservering. Also, discipline is what I like more than motivation. Motivation isn't enough. It takes discipline to get up and move your body when you don't feel like it. Once you start seeing progress, the hunger for more progress helps.
