New and failing already

I set my workouts at 5am so I could get up before everyone and get it done without the kids. Well I didn't get up and I'm so mad at myself. I'm so ready to lose weight and get fit.i guess I could use some inspiration. Well I decided when I get the kids napping I'll try again.

Don't be discouraged- without failure there is no success. We will all fail and make many mistakes throughout our lifetime so the most important thing is to not give up!

The 1st goal you have to set is to just wake up at 5 am. Try to just wake up without thinking of working out . once you are success in waking at 5 am then you will be automatically drawn to your next goal of working out, because you don't have any other activities to do at 5 am right. . .

Lauren, you arent failing. I have three kids and with kids it can be hard. All you can do is do better the next day. Reset your alarm and prove yourself wrong. and crush it. When i finally decided i wanted to get healthy at first it was hard and a chore to me but then once i saw the progress.. it became fun and apart of my everyday life. today 4 years later im down 130+ pounds. It will get easier, you just have to go for it. You can do it for sure.
