Post work out

I have been incorporating more cardio into my workouts and I feel great about it but lately after my cool down I am so drained all I want to do is sleep.
What are some post work out recovery tips that you have to help replenish lost energy and to prevent the lengthy drain.

How well hydrated do you keep yourself before and during  r u on a low calorie diet u should have at lest 200 to400  1 he before a workout how long r your workout post workout protein drink with some carbs helps a lot

I'm good with hydration but typically don't feel like eating post work out. Thanks for the tips I can try a protein shake or smoothie after that sounds doable.
