I lost over 123lbs in 12 months
I was always 105lbs.all my life until 4 years ago and couldnt look at my self in the mirror without judging my self and hating myself for letting life get to me.I prayed the Lord to give the strength.to make a change.and.to.keep that goal until I succeed.It was hard work
Getting up at 5am.exercising from 5:30-6:30am. then shower until 7am.from 7:30-8:00am was breakfast. 8:00am-10:00 was school and had my snack.at 10:15am.12:30 end of school day and lunch at 12:45-1:15pm.afternoon I was volunteering and eat snack at 2:45pm.4pm I was back home.and.prepared dinner... 5:00-6:00pm dinner time.7:30pm snack like Apple or crackers..9pm shower time and.bed at 10pm I did.that and stocked with it.for 1 Year and got good results.
Now that is pure determination and willpower, Congrats!!
