I'm in my 30's and trying to get back in shape but a lot of times I'm left on the floor in excruciating pain from charlie horses in my rear thighs or feet. I do stretches and sometimes that's what causes them. I don't push it on them I stretch slow and easy mostly because I'm terrified of the cramping. Any suggestions as to what is causing this? PS I don't yhink its dehydration..I've been drinking tons of water. Thanks for any info.
Increase your intake of fresh vegetables (kale its a wonder food)
Every try yoga? Almost every pose that stats on downward dog works to lengthen the hamstrings & calves.
