I'm in my 30's and trying to get back in shape but a lot of times I'm left on the floor in excruciating pain from charlie horses in my rear thighs or feet. I do stretches and sometimes that's what causes them. I don't push it on them I stretch slow and easy mostly because I'm terrified of the cramping. Any suggestions as to what is causing this? PS I don't yhink its dehydration..I've been drinking tons of water. Thanks for any info.

You might want to visit a doctor. Having them alot can mean you are low on some mineral or some other health condition...
